Our Services
Booking
All bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance. A S$20 urgent fee will apply for bookings made less than 72 hours in advance. A deposit of 50% of the charge for the respective vehicle CAP is required.
Punctuality
The driver will arrive 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. If the driver is more than 15 minutes late from the scheduled time, a penalty will be applied. (Additional S$5 will be deducted for every 15 minutes).
Change or Cancellation of Booking
Notification for changes to pickup point or schedule must be provided at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will incur penalties. Cancellations without 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.
Airport Pickup
For arrival transfers via Singapore Changi International Airport, the driver will meet you at the exit of your luggage belt in the arrival hall with an A4 signboard to assist with luggage to the awaiting limousine.
Airport Drop-Off
We will meet you at the stipulated place and time of your reservation. The first 15 minutes after the stipulated time is complimentary. A waiting time charge of S$5 for every 15 minutes will be added to the total bill.
Point-to-Point Transfer
This service is a one-way transfer from point A to point B. Additional charges will apply for additional stops.

For events like F1 Singapore, air shows, or concerts, we offer exclusive limousine services. Please contact us for more details.
Moving Hand-Carry Items
For items under 50kg or dimensions not exceeding 50x50x60cm, our team can assist. Please contact us for a quote.
